Charter Options is part of Charter Housing. We have years of experience providing people with homes in South East Wales.

Our houses and apartments are available to rent and/or buy and you won’t have to pay any of the usual sign up or administration fees that other agents impose.

Charter Options provides unique housing options:

Intermediate rent option

If you are in employment and your net household income is less than £30,000 a year then this housing option could be right for you.

Our properties are rented at less than you would expect to pay in the private rented sector and with some properties you even have the option to buy them in the future.

Rent to Buy option

If you would like to rent your chosen home now and then buy it later then this is the option for you.

You will need a household income of £15,000 to £30,000 a year, and want to buy your rented home in the future. Properties are rented at less than you would expect to pay in the private rented sector. We have a variety of rent to buy options and some excellent deals on offer.

Lettings agency

The properties we advertise are owned by Private Landlords and are let and/or managed by Charter Options.

Rents offer great value so whether you are in employment or in receipt of housing benefit our properties could be right option for you. As with all Charter Options properties you won’t have any of the usual sign up or administration fees that other agents impose.
