Charter Options lettings agency is part of Charter Housing. We offer both a lettings and full management service to Private Sector Landlords whilst helping those in housing need. We source tenants to live in your property and use our experience to ensure tenancies are maintained.
Who will live in my property?
We can usually fill your property with people who have approached us, or the local authority, to help with housing. We also advertise via our TO LET boards and key internet sites to help fill your property quickly.
