We will need to take a few basic details from you before making an appointment for you to view the property.

If you like the property then we will need to make a few checks, including a credit and address check prior to you being able to move in.

What information do you need to bring with you?

• A completed application form
• 2 forms of identification
• 3 months’ bank statements
• 3 months’ wage slips
• A reference from your most recent (or current) Landlord
• Employer’s reference
• For Rent to Buy and Intermediate rental properties a £200 reservation fee (which counts as monies towards your bond)
